This evening, October 23, 2014, the Duchess of Cambridge, a patron of Action on Addiction, attended the charity's Autumn Gala at L'Anima
restaurant in London. While she was there, Kate met meet supporters
during a pre-dinner reception, heard a speech by Chairman John Lloyd,
and watched a performance with comedian Rory Bremner.

The long-sleeved Emblem Flare cotton knit dress (about $1,000)
resembles stained glass ironwork, with a slashed neckline, scoop back
and delicate crocheted panels exposing a nude underslip. Kate is
about 12 weeks pregnant with her second child and is due in April but,
as tweeters on the scene noted, there's barely a baby bump visible,
despite the clingy dress. This did not stop the photographers from angling to snap her from the side.
