Kate returned to Emilia Wickstead for today’s Order of the Thistle ceremonies in Scotland. Below we see Her Majesty, Prince William and the Duchess following today’s events, in this photo William and HM have removed their ceremonial garb.

Crowds lined the streets to see the Royals on a foggy day in Edinburgh, including William and Kate, known as the Earl and Countess of Strathearn when in Scotland. It is an honor only the Queen can confer. In this image from the British Monarchy we see the Princess Royal and William arriving at the Cathedral.

Kate’s primrose yellow coat dress featured familiar design elements: a fitted bodice, a seamed waistline, pick stitch detailing and a full skirt. Many will recognize Kate’s Whiteley Cappucino hat, first seen at last year’s Epsom Derby and most recently seen at Sarah McCorquodale’s wedding.

Kate herself looked lovely, proud of William, happy and relaxed.

Kate Should Knee Bend In front of The Princess Royal.

Protocol: The Duchess of Cambridge curtsies as she and her husband Prince William bid farewell to the Queen during a visit to Vernon Park in Nottingham

LONDON, RIMANEWS - Kate Middleton is the title Duchess of Cambridge may be the future queen of England, but new rules of protocol British royal family ordered him to bend the knee before the princess / kingdom.

Order of Precedence of the rules of protocol that the British royal family has been updated and approved by Queen Elizabeth, and the Royal Household issued and must be adhered to all members of the royal family. There are so many blue-blooded daughter of the British royal family. Because she came from among the common people, he must show respect to the princess. Order of Precedence clarify that when Kate Middleton is not being shared with Prince William, so he must bend the knee to the princess met.

They are the Princess Alexandra (cousin of Queen Elizabeth), Miss Duke of York, Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie (the daughters of the Duke of York). But when Kate with William, Kate does not need to bend the knee, but he'll have to bend the knee to the Prince of Wales, Duchess of Cornwall, and the Duchess and Duke of Edinburgh. However, according to the latest protocol, Kate Middleton is still ahead of Sophie (Countess of Wessex), because even though Sophie is married with a son of the Queen, the Countess of Wessex have to curtsy to her even though William was not with him, and both have to curtsy to Princess Catherine.

A retainer of the United Kingdom revealed that renewal of the Order of Precedence has been a problem after the Prince of Wales married to Camila Parker Bowles. Rules of the new protocol was circulated in a closed session for the royal household. The last time the rules were updated after the second wedding of Prince Charles in 2005. Countess of Wessex reportedly angry that she should curtsy to Camilla. "He's a bit like the rule," said an official with the United Kingdom.

Meanwhile, The Earl of Wessex, wife of Prince Edward, who had become the second highest ranking female royal family as none other than Queen's sons Prince Charles and Andrew are getting married. But after Prince Charles to marry again, the Queen changed the Order of Precedence over the principle of royal blood, so the Princess Anne or Princess Alexandra, granddaughter of George V, have to curtsy to Camilla when her husband was not with him. Although the etiquette of the royal family seem difficult to understand, but seriously stick to the royal family. Each member of the kingdom must respect each other in public and in private.

Seriousness of implementing this new rule looks at Trooping the Colour ceremony last week, where she looks to bend the knee at the Prince Philip at Buckingham Palace balcony. Order of Precedence is affecting other aspects of royal protocol, including about who should arrive first at an event. For example, Camilla was forced to wait outside the Guards Chapel, Windsor, drizzling rain, to await the arrival of Princess Anne at a ceremony in 2006, because Charles did not accompany him.

Observers argue that the Duchess of Cambridge is not too concerned about the latest protocol for the royal household, because she wanted to please everyone in the family empire. (Mrhill / Kosin)

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge have joined the tennis fans braving the damp English summer to cheer on Andy Murray at Wimbledon today.

William and Kate will be sitting in the Royal Box on Centre Court for men's quarter-finals day, which sees the British number one taking on David Ferrer.

Last year Kate wore a white Temperley dress for a day out at the All England Club with her husband, where they again saw Murray in action.

This time around she recycled a £900 sailor-style cream dress designed by Sarah Burton for McQueen which she wore on last year's Royal Tour of Canada.

William and Kate took their seats in the Royal Box ahead of Roger Federer's quarter-final against Mikhail Louzhny.  Murray's clash with Ferrer, who knocked him out of the French Open last month, will follow that match.

FA President William reached across the seats to shake hands with England boss Roy Hodgson while Kate had a chat with Tim Henman's mum Jane, who is sitting in the row behind the royals with husband Tony.

Approval: Kate applauds the Centre Court action.

Upstanding: The Royal Box guests are on their feet to applaud Wimbledon legend Roger Federer's win in straight sets.

The Cost of Kate Middleton's Beauty Routine.

If you're envious of Kate Middleton's shiny, perfectly curled hair, you can take solace in the fact that flawless grooming doesn't come cheap. According to US Weekly, The Duchess goes to her favorite salon, Richard Ward Hair and Metrospa in London, three times a week for $75 blowouts. A source told US, "She loves her time there and she has known everyone there for years so it's really relaxing for her." Hair salon visits at least 156 times a year?! Must be nice.

When you're a member of the royal family, appearance is everything. Middleton, who is constantly photographed, must constantly uphold an image of elegance and class, so naturally her skin, makeup, nails, and hair must all be impeccable. We dug a little deeper into Middleton's beauty routine to see how much she spends on grooming. We've rounded up her favorite products and estimated her yearly beauty budget based on reported sources, general habits, and cosmetic expiration dates. Let's see how it all adds up.

-  Blowouts at Richard Ward's salon are $75. Three times a week would cost $11,732 a year.

likes the Kérastase conditioning treatments, which cost $20 to $30. Spending $25 once
    a month would cost $300  a year.

Middleton did her own wedding makeup, though she did take lessons. Here are the products she's purchased and used:
-YSL's Touche Eclat Radiant Touch, $40
-Lancome Hypnose mascara, $26

company's managing director told Style.com her favorite items are the $50 Professional
   Cleanser, the $76 Vita-A-Kombi 1, the $32 Vita-A-Kombi 3 Spot Zapper, and $54
the Oxygen Face Cream. Restocking these items every three months would cost $848 a year.
-  The Daily Mail says Mother-in-law Duchess Camilla convinced Middleton to try a $260 Bee
Sting Facial from Deborah Mitchell, and now she's hooked. Monthly facials would cost
   $3,120 a year.
-  According to the Telegraph, Middleton was spotted buying Nivea Visage Pure & Natural
Moisturising Day Cream at Boots for about $8. Every three months would cost $32 a year.

Nails
Before the royal wedding, Camilla took Middleton to get her nails done by Marina Sandoval at the Jo Hansford Salon. They used Essie's Allure nail polish. BellaSugar says manicures there are $58, and pedicures are $76. Bi-weekly mani/pedis would cost $3,484 a year.

Tan
Kate Middleton and her sister both love spray tans, and BellaSugar claims their regular salon charges $118. If she went bi-weekly it would cost $2,832 a year.

 Fragrance
Middleton wore Illuminum White Gardenia Petals perfume on her wedding day. It costs $150 a bottle, so buying two a year would cost $300.

Teeth
According to the Daily Mail, Middleton went to orthodontist Dr. Didier Fillion who closed the gap between her two front teeth with lingual braces using 3D technology. She had a $157 consultation and the treatment may have cost around $7,000. That's $7,157 total.

Kate Middleton's yearly beautifying total: $37,728.

But we think she'd look gorgeous on any budget.

UK royals mark Garter Day.

UK royals mark Garter Day. Garter Day is a symbolic occasion June 13, 2011. Britain's royal family has turned out for the annual Order of the Garter service at Windsor Castle.

Queen Elizabeth II was joined by her husband, Prince Philip, the newly-married Duke and Duchess of Cambridge and a host of other royals for the Garter Day ceremony.

Garter Day is a symbolic occasion when holders of the honor, chosen because they have held public office, contributed to national life or served the sovereign personally, meet to celebrate the most senior British order of chivalry.

The former Kate Middleton, also known as the Duchess of Cambridge, grinned broadly as she watched her husband, Prince William, take part in a procession ahead of the service — causing him to blush.

When it comes to fashion, elegance and grace, Britain's royal favorite and Duchess of Cambridge Kate Middleton never fails to impress her admirers.

At the recent 'Order of the Garter' service at Windsor Castle on Monday, the 29-year old looked stunning in a mid-sized Philip Treacy headpiece perched in a slating manner on her open hair along with natural make-up; a look often referred to as the Duchess' "signature style."

Her light blue-grey dress was complimented with a matching coat, giving her a regal and elegant look. Over 6,000 people were present to watch the pageantry of the Order of the Garter service. Founded in 1348, the Order of the Garter is the most senior and the oldest British Order of Chivalry. The Order, consisting of the King and twenty-five knights, honors those who have held public office, who have contributed in a particular way to national life or who have served the Sovereign personally.

At the service, every knight is required to display a banner of his arms in the Chapel, together with a helmet, crest and sword and an enamelled stallplate. Upon his death, these are returned back to the Sovereign.

Check out the pictures of the 'Order of the Garter' service and Duchess' signature style below:

Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge leaves the Garter Service in a carriage at St George's Chapel in Windsor Castle in Windsor June 13, 2011.

Kate wore her grey Katherine Hooker coat dress, which she also wore to last year’s Order of the Garter ceremony over her Jenny Packham grey silk floral print dress (from the Santa Barbara polo match during her tour of Canada and the United States last year). Kate’s garments and accessories look brilliantly pulled together, it’s almost as if she’d shopped this outfit from scratch. Great at coordinating.
