Christmas card with the Duchess of Cambridge 2019

Prince William is pictured kissing Prince Louis in adorable new photograph of the family taken by the Duchess of Cambridge.

The Duchess of Cambridge has taken an adorable new family photograph of Prince William kissing Prince Louis on the cheek. The black and white photo shows the Duke of Cambridge with their youngest child, while Princess Charlotte and Prince George look towards the camera.

The duke wears a flat cap as he holds on closely to his son in the photo, which was taken by the duchess, a keen photographer, earlier this year in Norfolk. Princess Charlotte also appears to be holding on to her younger brother as she stands behind him, while Prince George sits next to them in a chair as he cheekily smirks at the camera.

Royal Family Christmas pudding photos

Buckingham Palace has released two pictures of the Queen and other senior royals making Christmas puddings for charity.

With just days until Christmas Eve, when the royal family traditionally celebrate with a roast turkey and all the trimmings at Sandringham, Buckingham Palace has released a charming new set of images of the Queen mixing Christmas puddings with her great-grandson, grandson, and son, and all future kings: Prince George, Prince William, and Prince Charles.

As he stirred the mixture with a large wooden spoon Prince George looked like quite the competent little chef. Earlier this week his mother Kate revealed in a Christmas TV special with the queen of cooking, Mary Berry, that her children love to cook and particularly enjoy making pizza dough.

Unfortunately, the family hasn’t released any further details about the televised broadcast, which is prepared months in advance. However, we do know that part of the segment will include Prince George making Christmas pudding alongside Prince William, Prince Charles and Queen Elizabeth. So, come hungry, folks.

The news of Prince George’s involvement comes just a few days after Prince Philip was admitted to a London hospital to be treated for a “pre-existing condition.” Buckingham Palace released a statement, explaining, “The admission is a precautionary measure, on the advice of His Royal Highness’s Doctor.”

While we’re total suckers for a George cameo, his last-minute appearance likely came as a result of Prince Philip’s hospital visit. Since a portion of the broadcast is pre-recorded, Philip was forced to withdraw from the broadcast, leaving a spot open for Prince George.

The queen’s first broadcast was in 1957. Since then, millions of people have tuned in on Christmas Day to watch her live from Buckingham Palace or Sandringham.

Although they could have easily selected Kate Middleton to fill Prince Philip’s role, we applaud whoever gave George his well-deserved fifteen minutes of fame.

The family stirred four puddings together which will be served next year. The special puddings will form part of the 99 puddings distributed across the Legion’s network in time for the Christmas 2020 events, marking the charity’s 99th year.

The Queen, as the Head of the Armed Forces, is committed to supporting past and present servicemen and women and she has a long history with the Royal British Legion. Her Majesty has been the organization’s patron since 1952 and has undertaken more than 60 engagements with the charity in the past 30 years . Originally the British Legion since it was founded in 1921, it became The Royal British Legion in 1971 on its Golden Anniversary.

Queen Elizabeth’s annual Diplomatic Reception 2019

Kate Middleton was in full Princess mode on Wednesday evening. The Duchess of Cambridge attended Queen Elizabeth’s annual Diplomatic Reception at Buckingham Palace with Prince William wearing a navy velvet Alexander McQueen gown. The royal mom of three dusted off her favorite pearl and diamond tiara for the “white tie” occasion wearing the Cambridge Lover's Knot for the fifth consecutive year.

The sparkling headpiece was a favorite of the royal’s late mother-in-law, Princess Diana. The Duchess swept her glossy tresses up in an elaborate updo for the reception so as to highlight her diamond drop earrings and the Queen’s Nizam of Hyderabad necklace. Kate also sported the Queen’s Royal Family Order and the sash of the Royal Victorian Order, which she received from the 93-year-old monarch earlier this year. Meanwhile, William looked dapper in a tailcoat and white tie.

The dress code for the palace event calls for “evening dress—white tie or national dress” and “full ceremonial evening dress for serving officers,” in addition to “decorations” a.k.a tiaras, medals and royal orders. Wednesday marked the sixth time Kate has attended the reception. She has previously attended in 2013, 2015, 2016, 2017, and 2018. Last year, the Duchess wore the Cambridge Lover's Knot and a glittering Jenny Packham gown.

Kate Middleton Visit to a Children’s Hospice

Kate Middleton Made an "Emotional" Visit to a Children’s Hospice This Morning. In a particularly touching moment, the duchess comforted one mother who was crying with a hug.

KATE DELIVERED A SPEECH TODAY AT THE OPENING OF THE NOOK, SAYING "THIS VISIT TODAY HAS ONLY REINFORCED FOR ME JUST WHAT IS AT THE HEART OF WHAT YOU DO HERE."

When the Duchess of Cambridge first joined the British royal family, one of the very first organizations she lent her patronage to was East Anglia’s Children’s Hospices. Almost eight years later, she has returned to officially open the charity’s new state-of-the-art facility following a successful £10 million fundraising campaign.

The Duchess officially opened The Nook on Friday, five years after officially launching a £10million fundraising appeal for the hospice. She spent the afternoon meeting some of the families who benefit from the many services it offers, including those with very sick children and others whose children have died, asking about the care they receive.

The Duchess was reunited with Leigh Smith, 38, who moved her to tears when they met in 2014, just months after Ms Smith had lost her three-month-old daughter Beatrice to a rare heart condition.

Ms Smith said after their private meeting: “She told me, ‘I don’t know how you did that, how you got through it. “It was really lovely to see her again and she gave me a big hug.

She sported the magenta suit, which she previously wore in January, during a visit to the Nook Children's Hospice in Norfolk, England, on November 15. Middleton paired the skirt suit with black tights and $695 heels by Gianvito Rossi, one of her go-to pairs for daily appearances.

The duchess previously sported the outfit during a visit to the Royal Opera House in London. She first debuted the suit, which comes from Oscar de la Renta's 2015 fall collection, in 2017.

Duchess of Cambridge and Prince William, Duke of Cambridge attend a special reception hosted by the British High Commissioner

The royal couple, who are on a five-day tour of the country, wrapped up the first full day of their royal visit by taking in some of the best of Pakistan’s music and culture. And they were a vision in green during their glamorous arrival in a motorized rickshaw.

William and Kate spent the evening at the iconic Pakistan Monument in the capital city of Islamabad, where they joined some of the best-known people from the creative arts and business communities as they were entertained by the sounds and creative talent of Pakistan.

In a speech at the reception, William covered issues including education for girls and climate change, urging Britain and Pakistan to continue to work together.

“Whether in Pakistan or the U.K. or elsewhere on our planet – we face shared global challenges. The effects of climate change threaten the present and the future – and therefore demand a concerted effort by everyone,” he said.

Kate glittered in a sparkling deep emerald column gown by Jenny Packham and earrings by Onitaa, sourced from Pakistan, while William cut a dashing figure in a traditional green sherwani — a long coat-like garment — by Pakistani designer Naushemian. (Kate was predicted to wear green during the royal tour as it represents the green flag of Pakistan.)

Kate Middleton visit to the Natural History Museum 2019

The Duchess of Cambridge stepped out for a surprise engagement at the Natural History Museum in London on Wednesday morning. Kate, 37, visited the museum's Angela Marmont Centre for UK Biodiversity to hear how it is championing and helping to protect UK wildlife.

The Angela Marmont Centre (AMC) is a unique scientific hub located in the Natural History Museum that is dedicated to the study of the UK’s natural world. AMC staff work with colleagues from the museum to carry out a range of scientific research, including analysis of environmental DNA. During her engagement, the Duchess viewed some of the museum's specimens and saw DNA sequencing in action.

The Duchess had her hair styled in her trademark perfect blowdry, which showed off her Asprey Woodland Collection Oak Leaf hoop earrings.

The mother-of-three nailed her autumnal look, opting for forest green Jigsaw culottes and a Warehouse maroon coloured top. Kate wore her trusty Tod's pumps and accessorised with her Chanel handbag. A closer look at Kate's very chic handbag.

The museum visit ties in with Kate's work on childhood development and how nature and the outdoors can have a positive impact on physical and mental well-being. Alongside its national programme of activity, The Natural History Museum aims to inspire its millions of visitors to act for nature.

The Duchess did a bit of newt spotting as she viewed plant and insect specimens inside the museum.

When Kate unveiled the museum's new blue whale skeleton in 2017, she revealed that her eldest children Prince George, six, and Princess Charlotte, four, love visiting as much as she does. During a speech she said: "I remember visiting the Natural History Museum as a child, and being inspired with a love of nature. And now, as a parent myself, I am experiencing the joy all over again with my own children, who adore coming here – and it is not just to see the T-Rex, mind you."

“I remember seeing the butterfly collection with George,” Kate said, recalling a visit with Prince William and their son to the museum’s Sensational Butterflies exhibition in 2014 just before his first birthday.

Princess Charlotte first day of school at Thomas’s Battersea in London

LONDON – Four-year-old Princess Charlotte arrived for her first day of school on Thursday morning, clutching her mother’s hand and flicking her ponytail.

The princess arrived at the school alongside older brother, Prince George, and her parents, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge. Prince George has been studying at the fee-paying school since 2017.

“First day – she’s very excited,” a smiling Prince William said as the family entered Thomas’ Battersea school in south London. Charlotte’s fees for the school year are expected to cost around 18,915 pounds (about $23,300 at today’s rates).

Charlotte is fourth in line to the British throne, behind her brother, George, her father, William, and her grandfather Prince Charles.

Kensington Palace’s official Twitter account shared footage of the family arriving at the school Thursday morning. The video of the two Cambridge children dressed in their uniforms and meeting teacher Helen Haslem, has already been viewed a million times. According to the school website, Thomas’s aims for all pupils to “become the best that he or she can be.” The school states its most important rule is to “be kind.”

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge were married in April 2011 and have three children: Charlotte, Prince George and Prince Louis.

Middleton opted for a more casual look to take Princess Charlotte to her first day of school, recycling a $180 Michael Kors dress.
