Anzac Day 10:30am Service

On Friday, April 25, 2014, following an unscheduled appearance at a 5:30am service, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge attended an additional 10:30am Anzac Day Commemorative Service at the Australian War Memorial in Canberra. To honor members of military who have lost their lives in wars, armed conflicts and peacekeeping operations, William and Kate laid a wreath at the tomb of the Unknown Soldier and planted a ‘Lone Pine’ tree.
