Kate greeted staff and students and spoke to children who attend the workshops. She also joined a round table discussion about the work of The Art Room with education professionals.

Style File: For today's visit to the Barlby Primary School in London to officially name The Clore Art Room, the Duchess of Cambridge wore a new navy blue "Naomi" dress by Madderson London. The fabric of A-line, shift dress comes from Hainsworth, a heritage British mill that clothed the soldiers in the Battle of Waterloo. The 100% wool dress, trimmed with French tweed, has been reduced from £450 to £225. The designer's website went down as soon as Kate was seen wearing the dress, and it has since sold old. However, there are different versions of the dress still available.
