Visiting the National Indigenous Training Academy and the Uluru Cultural Centre.

On Tuesday afternoon, April 22, 2014, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge traveled from Canberra to Uluru, the Aboriginal name for Ayer’s Rock, a huge sandstone rock formation and sacred site located inside Kata Tjuta National Park.

Upon their arrival at Yulara, a town located near the Uluru, William and Kate visited the National Indigenous Training Academy and the Uluru Cultural Centre. Members of local indigenous communities held A “Welcome to Country” ceremony and showed William and Kate some of their artwork. The Duke and Duchess then headed to Uluru, the world’s largest monolith.

Stunning colours and lovely couple!
