2014 SportsAid Athlete Workshop

This afternoon (November 12, 2014) the Duchess of Cambridge, Patron of SportsAid, attended an athlete workshop at the GSK Human Performance Lab in London, where she met young athletes who are potential Tokyo 2020 Olympic hopefuls as they took part in a number of advanced performance assessments.

SportsAid helps the next generation of British athletes by being the first to recognize their achievements and support their ambitions with financial and other support. The charity has helped many of the UK’s best-known athletes, including two-thirds of the British team at the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games and more than 450 British athletes who competed at Glasgow 2014.

hahaa.... Kate is trying so hard not to laugh out loud! :-))

I especially like how she always gets to eye level with everyone!
She is so sincere and personal when she meets with people.
