Christchurch, New Zealand Arrival & Welcome




On Monday morning, April 14, 2014, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge visited Christchurch. Their first stop of the day was at the City Council Building where they were welcomed by members of the Ngai Tahu tribe.

So beautiful. I'm pretty sure the lady sitting behind the Duchess, is studying the twist/knot of her hair-do!


Very impressive... I bet everyone in that tribe was so exited to see the Prince and the Duchess of Cambridge. Viva la Englatera...viva New Sealand!







The Cambridges Play Cricket in Christchurch!




On Monday, April 14, 2014, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge played cricket in Christchurch to promote the ICC Cricket World Cup that is coming to the city in 2015.




Therese Walsh, Head of New Zealand ICC Cricket World Cup 2015, and Lee Germon, CEO of Canterbury Cricket, present the ICC Cricket World Cup Trophy to Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge and Prince William, Duke of Cambridge, for a hold during the countdown to the 2015 ICC Cricket World Cup.







The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge were presented with a miniature ICC Cricket World Cup jersey up for Prince George.
