The Duchess of Cambridge attended a scout volunteer training day in Newby Bridge in Cumbria.

Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge visits Great Tower Scout camp on March 22, 2013 in Windermere, Cumbria, United Kingdom. The Duchess of Cambridge attended a scout volunteer training day today in Newby Bridge in Cumbria. The training course is being run in Great Tower, one of the Scout Association?s national activity centres set in 250 acres of land offering a wide range of land and water based activities, including archery, low and high ropes, climbing, abseiling, sailing and canoeing.

As they toasted their bread, Kate was in hysterics at the state of some of her fellow volunteers' bread. Her twist looked much better and she kept offering it out, joking, "You're welcome to try some".

Eventually Kate decided to try some herself. "Oh it's actually not bad...if you were desperately hungry." She added, "It's quite sugary."

Kate Middleton And Prince William Visit Families At Child Bereavement Charity UK.

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge hugged and kissed eight parents who have lost sons and daughters during an emotionally-charged visit to the Child Bereavement UK charity.

The Duke also told a group of bereaved children that he empathised with them because he had been "in similar circumstances" when his mother Diana, Princess of Wales died in 1997. The 30-year-old Duke, who is patron of the charity, held a 15-minute private meeting with eight parents who told him and the Duchess about their children's deaths during a group counselling session.

During their two-hour visit to the charity's offices in Saunderton, Bucks., the Duchess, in a black short-sleeved Topshop shift dress and a cream coat by Goat, talked to teenagers and younger children going through the grieving process.

The Duke told them: "You realise I've been in similar circumstances."

William Howitt, aged eight, gave the Duke, who became patron of the charity in 2009, some brightly coloured felt material which reminded him of his father Bruce, who died last year. His mother Lorna, who was also there with her daughters Georgina, six, and Beatrice, three, said: "They have been so excited, particularly the girls, meeting a real prince and princess. Really it helped."

Kate Middleton in St. Patrick's Day Parade.

Prince William, Duke of Cambridge and Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge attend a St Patrick’s Day parade by the 1st Battalion Irish Guards as they visit Aldershot Barracks on St Patrick’s Day on March 17, 2013 in Aldershot, England.

The ever fashionable mom-to-be, who attended the event with her hubby Prince William, sported a green Emilia Wickstead dress coat (the same one she wore at the event last year), a gold shamrock on her lapel, a black hat and Emmy black pumps.

Middleton, who is five months pregnant, has yet to reveal the sex of the couple's baby, but reportedly chatted with a soldier at the event, dishing on whether she and Prince William were hoping for a boy or a girl.

The Duchess presented the traditional sprigs of shamrocks to the Officers and Guardsmen of the Regiment.

But, thankfully, she was easily able to bend down, pull her shoe out and get back to her duties at the event—presenting sprigs of shamrocks to the 1st Battalion Irish Guards.

Kate Middleton's Grimsby Visit Features Her Trusty Brown Hobbs Coat.

"There is nothing like returning to a place that remains unchanged to find the ways in which you yourself have altered," said Nelson Mandela.

The same could be said about returning to an outfit you once wore -- in this case, Kate Middleton's brown Hobbs coat. Last time we saw the Duchess of Cambridge in the knee-length coat, she was flying solo on Valentine's Day, spending the holiday with recovering addicts and young cancer patients at a variety of Liverpool charities. Her hair was in full bounce, she had her favorite black pumps on and she was definitely not pregnant.

This Tuesday, Kate went on another solo outing in her Hobbs coat, this time heading to Grimsby on behalf of the Prince's Trust Charity. Again she paired her cozy piece with a thin belt and black pumps (sans black stockings), but this time she had that pregnant glow about her. One look at those rosy cheeks and you know this royal is expecting.

Unfortunately, her visit to Grimsby had her touring the National Fishing Heritage Centre. One reporter noted that there would be "one or two interesting smells for her when she gets in there" -- that ain't ideal for a pregnant woman. But Kate held it together, graciously accepting flowers and cuddling kids as she's wont to do.

Kate Middleton and Prince William, Swiss Wedding with Prince Harry.

In the latest edition of What Has Kate Middleton Been Up To: The duchess took her baby bump
to a wedding!

The 31-year-old joined Prince William and Prince Harry in the Swiss Alps yesterday for the wedding of polo player Mark Tomlinson and Laura Bechtolsheimer, Olympic gold medalist in dressage. Technically, Harry escorted Kate to the ceremony at Arosa ski restort, because Will was busy acting as an usher (hence, the pink tie). Fortunately, the duchess seemed to be enjoying herself, sharing a laugh with Harry and throwing confetti into the air as the newlyweds passed by.

So what did the mom-to-be wear to celebrate the society nuptials? It looks like Kate wore the same printed MaxMara Studio dress from her visit to Cambridge in November, the brown Lock & Company pillbox hat she wore during St. Patrick's Day festivities last year, Emmy shoes, Kiki McDonough hoop earrings with Annoushka pearls and an Emmy clutch.

Kate and the Queen's Adventures on the London Tube.

Well, Catherine hopped right back on the public transport system today when she made an official visit to Baker Street Underground Station with Queen Elizabeth II and Prince Philip. The funny thing is that she reportedly requested to go and seemed to enjoy herself while at the event honoring the London Underground's 150th anniversary.

"I used to use the Tube on a regular basis," Kate said. "I miss traveling on the Tube."

Of course, since this was a royal engagement, the duchess certainly wasn't rubbing elbows with local commuters (remember when Prince Charles and Camilla took the train for a single stop?). But the expecting royal was even presented with a Baby On Board badge, which *real* pregnant women get when they travel on the Tube, by the London Underground staff. Rather than pinning it on her teal Malene Birger coat, Kate politely replied, "I'll make sure I wear it at home."

It was also nice to see the Queen out and about after her recent bout of illness (she's been forced to cancel many engagements). For her royal ride, the monarch went with a cream Karl Ludwig dress and coat and an Angela Kelly hat. Looking lovely, ladies!

The expectant duchess gets pinned down with a "Baby on Board" button, given to pregnant riders so fellow passengers will know to offer up their seats. The Daily Mail reported Kate as telling the queen, "I will have to wear it at home!"
